1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Callback form: name, phone number, district, description of the problem, plus the page address and language the message was sent from.

Phone calls: the caller's number and details given during the call (e.g. address, description of the problem) where needed for the visit.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to call you back, arrange the visit and carry out the requested work.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract. For invoicing, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation (accounting rules).

4. Retention

Callback data is kept for no more than 1 year after the job is closed, then deleted. Invoice-related data is kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law.

5. Processors

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the form content to our email address.

Google LLC (Gmail): stores the emails. Transfers outside the EU (USA) rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Website hosting provider: may process data technically needed to serve the website (e.g. IP address).

6. Cookies

This website uses no tracking, marketing or analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Contact us at the email or phone above; we reply within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu) or go to court.
